Trueparkings Reservation Cancellation Form
Third Party Providers
Reservations can be made directly through trueparkings.com or through third-party providers. Please be aware that we can only assist with reservations made on trueparkings.com. For any changes or cancellations to reservations made through third-party websites, customers must contact the vendors directly. Please take a look at the list of vendors we work with below. Each vendor has a separate cancellation policy, which will apply when you make a booking through their reservations platforms.
Provider 1: Rightwayparking.com
All cancellation requests must be made to RightwayParking.com, NOT the parking facility. The cancellation request must be received 24 hours before the reservation’s start date and time. Cancellation requests originating after the scheduled service date and time start will NOT be honored. All reservation cancellations are subject to a $5.99 Cancellation Fee and 1 Day of parking. Unused parking reservations, whether intentional or not, will NOT be refunded. If you’re trying to cancel the reservation the same day it was made, or require additional support, you must call our parking specialists at 1(888)399-9267 or email us at customerservice@rightwayparking.com. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation within 1-2 business days.
Provider 2: Airportparkingreservations.com
You may cancel your reservation for a full refund (including the service fee) within the first 24 hours after your reservation was originally submitted. Reservations canceled after 24 hours will be not be refunded the service fee.
We are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled parking arrival date, nor can we make any changes to an existing reservation. Partial refunds are not issued for schedule changes or early returns.
