Vendors on trueparkings offer hourly, daily, weekly and monthly services.

Most vendors allow Pickup Trucks, Sedan, Coupe, SUV, Crossovers, Wagon/Hatchback, Convertible, Sports cars, Minivan/Van. No oversized vehicles are allowed. For more details, please look at the vendors listing. if you still cannot find an answer, please contact us directly.

Truepakings partners with properties near major airports nationwide. Many of the locations offer free shuttle service to an airport and other great amenities.

Your card is charged when you make a reservation, not when the reservations starts or ends.

1. Self-Park outdoor: you park your car outdoor and keep your keys. Your car is open to the environment.

2. Self-Park indoor/Covered: you park your car inside a facility and keep your keys.  Your car is parked under an environmentally controlled facility.

3. Self-Park Covered Outdoor: you park your own car outdoor but the parking lot is covered but still open to the environment.

Services fee is a small fee that is added to each reservation which helps us support our platform, cover payment processing fees and staff to provide you awesome service.

All cancellation requests must be made to trueparkings.com, NOT the parking facility. The Cancellation request must be received up to 24 hours prior to the reservation start date and time.

Cancellation requests originating after the scheduled service date and time start will NOT be honored. All reservation cancellations are subject to a $5.99 Cancellation Fee and 1 Day of parking. Unused parking reservations, whether intentional or not, will NOT be refunded.

To cancel your reservation please email at support@trueparkings.com. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours.

There is no refund of days if you come back early.

Depending on your bank or credit card company refund may take 7-10 business days.

Yes, Absolutely. To print invoice or receipt, please go to email address used during check-out. Receipts are automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout.

All the partners are different if you need to arrive a little early or will be late, please contact the property directly.

We partner with the owners and operators to help sell unused inventory, as well as point parkers point toward spots they might not know about. Moreover, we partner with hotels that provide these services to existing customers so they can provide spots for low cost and helps generate extra revenue.

Each location is unique. Vendors offer a wide variety of amenities. You can find covered/uncovered self-parking, covered/uncovered Valet parking, spots that provide EV charging as well as handicap options and much more. To find the best spots that fit your needs please use filter option on the website to find your perfect parking spot!

The only fee to pay is what is listed at the checkout of the reservation. We do not charge any extra fees.

Depending on the property some offer cheaper weekly and monthly options when compared to daily reservations.

Generally, tailgating is not permitted in locations we partner with unless tailgating is specifically mentioned as an amenity available at the facility.

Yes, Each reservation covers 1 car parking.

Your telephone number will only be used to contact you with important information regarding your reservation. We will never sell your contact information to anyone.

We currently don’t have apps in the App store.

Parking lots have different requirements, but in most cases the answer is yes. Please print your reservation confirmation and present it to the parking lot.
