Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellation requests must be made to trueparkings.com, NOT the parking facility. The Cancellation request must be received up to 24 hours prior to the reservation start date and time. Cancellation requests originating after the scheduled service date and time start will NOT be honored. All reservation cancellations are subject to a $5.99 Cancellation Fee and 1 Day of parking. Unused parking reservations, whether intentional or not, will NOT be refunded. To cancel your reservation, send an email to support@trueparkings.com. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours. There is no refund of days if you come back early. Taxes Include Airport Access Fee and Franchise Fees.
